Chicken satay on rice


Health and Safety

Before practical:

  • Washed hands
  • Put on an apron
  • Wiped down bench and table

During practical:

  • Washed vegetables
  • Washed hands after handling raw chicken
  • Used clean equipment 

After practical:

  • Washed dishes with soapy hot water and let them drip dry
  • Wiped down bench and table with antibacterial spray
  • Cleared any food particles in the sink after the dishes

  • Washed hands
  • Wiped down bench and table
  • Tied up hair

During practical:

  • Washed the vegetables
  •  Used correct boards and knives
  • Moved meat with tongs

After practical:

  • Washed dishes with hot soapy water
  • Wiped down bench and table
  • Put aprons in the washing

Feedback:

"Serving size was good.
The meat was nicely cooked, it is easy to overcook schnitzel.
Lovely flavor, initially sweet but then the peppery aftertaste.
Good choice of veges.

  • Prepared all of our ingredients separate from each other

After practical:

  • Washed dishes in hot, soapy water
  • Wiped table and bench with detergent
  • Put dirty aprons in a laundry basket
